SRG Global has developed QuikBox^TM, our own reinforcement continuity strip product, more commonly known in the construction sector as ‘pull out boxes’.

Features

• Australian made, prefabricated, fully sealed system for reinforcing continuity at construction joints in concrete.
• Components include a galvanized steel case, galvanized steel lid, pre-bent reinforcing bars, and polystyrene end caps.
• QuikBox^TM is a fully taped and sealed system to prevent concrete ingress.
• Can be fixed to formwork or tied into reinforcing at the desired location. Concrete is poured once the system is in place.
• The Coreflute lid is easily removable after formwork removal, exposing the reinforcing bars. (Coreflute is techinally a brand so Im not sure if we should reference it – technically it is a polypropylene sheet)
• Reinforcing bars are bent and ready for lapping with the main reinforcing.
• The embedded dimpled galvanized steel case acts as a shear key between concrete sections.
• QuikBox^TM is manufactured with Grade 500N ACRS approved reinforcing bars with a minimum yield of 500MPa which meets the AS/NZS 4671:2001 requirements.
• All bars have a minimum uniform elongation of A.gt 5% and are bent to comply with AS/NZS 4671:2001.

SRG Global’s QuikAnkor^TM system is a cast in-situ threaded insert anchor solution that is commonly used to connect slabs and beams to walls and cores. The system uses Grade 500N ReidBar in a range of diameters.

Features

• Insert anchors are available fully assembled in dimpled galvanized steel boxes with corflute or steel lids.
• After casting, the lid is removed, and reinforcement bars are screwed into place. Alternatively, reusable plastic rebate boards can be used to secure the insert anchors.
• The rebate boards can be reused up to 40 times with proper maintenance.
• SRG Global offers insert anchors with nailing plates for non-standard applications.
